I'm still adjusting to being back to work. Today was a good but very full work day.
I came home and ran 5k. It felt more like I lumbered 5k. But the sun was shining and there was a little breeze and I just tried to relax into it and be in the moment. I thought about how good this running was for my body, mind and soul. I thought about the alternative. I thought about how good I'd feel after the run-good physically but also good about accomplishing what I set out to do. I relaxed, found my rhythm and took in the scenery. It was a slow run but better than not running at all. Hope you had a good run today too.
