So it's rest day today, but I did lug, carry, haul, lift, etc. all kinds of boxes, equipment and assortment of things all day as we set up our rooms in the two community centres we run our programs out of. Run day tomorrow.

Cardinal Kind of Day
So I survived yesterday and first thing this morning I saw a male cardinal fly across my back yard and land on our feeder! He looked something like this little guy.
Such a change from what I woke to yesterday morning! I took it as a positive sign for a brighter day.
So it's rest day today, but I did lug, carry, haul, lift, etc. all kinds of boxes, equipment and assortment of things all day as we set up our rooms in the two community centres we run our programs out of. Run day tomorrow.
